This is a very well-made unionsuit. All of the Baby’s Own unionsuits I’ve owned have been hand-me-downs, and show minimal wear despite going through several kids. I finally had to get more in bigger sizes – they are just the best. I pick these over fleece ones – too hot; polyester or cotton/poly blend ones – the pills; footed ones – again too hot; and the zippered ones because you can change a diaper without exposing their whole upper body. What else…they come in a bunch of colors, the ribbed cuffs and collars are nice and the stitching is solid. They’re super cozy and if it’s a colder night, you can always put on socks. This is a solid product.

I love simple cotton pieces for my baby and this is definitely that! However, it runs very small. My 7 month old, 20 lb, 27 1/2 inch baby fits into the 18 month size with a little room to grow. I imagine she can wear this for another 8 weeks before she will no longer fit into it. Let me note that she is cloth diapered, which means she grows out of things a bit faster than the average kid. Also, there are no leg snaps on it, so after you unsnap the front, exposing their entire torso, you have to bend their leg at the knee to pull it out of the legs. This isn’t an issue now, but as she grows and it becomes snug that might be a little more difficult. Otherwise, the color is beautiful and the material is the perfect weight and softness. After about 3 uses I noticed that small holes are developing along the seam near the snaps. I don’t think I would purchase this again only due to that. Maybe I got a bad one… It doesn’t feel cheap by any means.

Update: It’s been 9 weeks of wear and my baby still fits in this but not for much longer. Also, the little holes have grown a bit, so this won’t be something I will be able to save as a hand me down.

This binky makes my baby really happy. She loves to chew on the whole thing. It’s made of very soft flexible plastic, so I do NOT recommend it for older babies and toddlers who may have enough strength to smoosh it up and put the whole thing in their mouths. However, for little teethers this is a great product. It’s also the only binky that can go in the dishwasher and not get yucky inside.

My son kicks the covers off at night, so footed pajamas are a must. After looking through lots of trademarked character pj’s, I found these. I have to admit, they are incredibly cute . . . but the fabric is a little thin, and after a few washes, the navy blue background has faded significantly. This bums me out, since these aren’t the cheapest pajamas out there.
